All apparel is produced and shipped on demand by our trusted fulfillment partner to ensure premium quality and sustainable production.

Digital Products

Digital products, such as recipe e-books or performance guides, are delivered electronically via email or direct download immediately after purchase.
These products are non-refundable once the file or link has been accessed or downloaded, as digital content cannot be returned.
If you experience any technical issue with accessing your file, please contact us — we’ll make sure you receive your product successfully.

Free or Promotional Products

Free products or items received as part of a promotion, giveaway, or bundled offer are not eligible for returns, replacements, or refunds.
Such items are provided as a courtesy and hold no retail value.
If a free product arrives damaged, please reach out within 14 days, and we’ll review the situation on a case-by-case basis.

Shipping Destinations

We ship worldwide, with fulfillment centers located in Europe and the United States.
Your order will be automatically routed to the nearest facility to reduce delivery time and environmental impact.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your region and product type.
Rates reflect our production and fulfillment costs for fair and transparent pricing.
We currently offer:

  • Free shipping on all orders over €125

Processing & Delivery Times

Orders are usually processed within 2–5 business days after payment.
Estimated delivery times:

  • Europe: 2–6 business days

  • USA & Canada: 3–6 business days

  • Rest of World: 6–15 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs clearance.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been fulfilled, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link to monitor your shipment in real time.

Customs & Import Fees

International orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes, determined by your local authorities.
These charges are not included in our prices and are the customer’s responsibility.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@strengthandnutritionoptimization.com.
We’ll resolve the issue with our fulfillment partner as quickly as possible.

We aim to deliver premium quality and a flawless experience. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right.

Returns

Because every product is produced on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size or fit

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

Please check our size guides carefully before placing your order.

If a return is approved under exceptional circumstances, the returned item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging.
If the product is returned in an unacceptable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a full refund or replacement.

Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@strengthandnutritionoptimization.com.
Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Our fulfillment partner covers the cost of reprinting or replacing verified defective products.

Lost or Undelivered Packages

If your order doesn’t arrive within the estimated time frame, please contact us as soon as possible.
We’ll open an investigation with our fulfillment partner and, if necessary, send a replacement free of charge.

Incorrect Shipping Address

If the shipping address provided by the customer is incomplete, incorrect, or considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to the fulfillment facility.
In such cases, the customer will be fully liable for reshipment costs once a valid and updated address is provided.
Orders returned due to address errors are not eligible for a refund.

Unclaimed Packages

Shipments that go unclaimed are automatically returned to the fulfillment facility.
Customers are responsible for all reshipment costs if they wish to have the order sent again.
Unclaimed orders are not eligible for a refund under any circumstance, as each item is made to order.

Return Address

All return shipments are automatically directed to the nearest fulfillment facility (located in the EU or USA).
Please do not send returns directly to any address without first contacting us — unauthorized returns may not be processed.

Refunds

Once your refund has been approved, you’ll receive confirmation by email.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
